Inbox Tuner is made by the team behind AlgoCademy. This page says what we keep when you use inboxtuner.com, and why.

What we keep

• What you give the tools: the email you paste, or what you tell us about your product, your link, the text of that page, and the preview we write. Kept for 30 days so you can come back to it, then deleted. A preview you reserve the full version with is kept until we deliver your sequence or you ask us to delete it.
• Your email address and message, if you reserve the full version or contact us. Kept until you ask us to delete them.
• A visitor code made from your IP address with a secret key, so we can apply daily limits. We don't store your IP address with it.
• Server logs with IP addresses, kept by our web server for about two weeks for security.

No advertising, no tracking cookies, no analytics scripts.

Who else sees it

• Anthropic (Claude) receives what you give the writer and the deeper check, to produce the result. Anthropic doesn't use API data to train its models by default.
• When the full version sends test emails, those go through our email provider to our own test inboxes. You'll be told before that happens.

We never sell or share your information for marketing.
